Seven Weird Facts About Me

Here are seven weird facts about me

1.) I LOVE to sing, but I have the worst singing voice in the entire world. I love singing in the car when it's just me because I can belt it out without worrying about hurting my loved one's ears. I make up my own songs to the beat of real songs (I even dance along to my own songs when I'm in the kitchen cooking). I sing these songs to Matt and Reggie only.

2.) Related to #1, Matt and I made our own Christmas CD as a gag gift for our white elephant party last year. We drank tons of wine, sang our hearts out, and even made a jewel case with pics of the three of us (of course Reggie was included in the festivities) in it. We thought we were hilarious.

3.) I hate flying. I'm that crazy girl that white knuckles the arm rests throughout the entire flight. Turbulence makes me want to SCREAM, but then I look at all the people on the plane that barely notice it and it makes me feel like a huge pansy.

4.) If calories didn't matter, I would eat cheeseburgers and french fries every day. Luckily, I realize that this isn't a healthy choice, so I reserve this delightful meal for rare occasions, but OMG I really, really like a good burger and fries.

5.) I don't own an iPod. People find this strange. I finally bought an MP3 player (well, Matt actually bought it for me) this summer and I barely use it. Thank goodness it was VERY CHEAP. I prefer to read in my down time and I rarely walk Reggie alone, so I don't have the need/desire to use it very often.

6.) I'm a planner. Spontaneity is not something I'm known for at all. I tend to go a bit overboard when planning, but it usually benefits us in the end. When Matt and I went to Maui, I had several maps printed out - one for great beaches I wanted to see, one for great places to eat, etc. Some people find that irritating, I find it delightful!

7.) I have done something utterly embarassing on every single "real" vacation Matt and I have ever taken. Alcohol is usally involved in these blunders. I make Matt promise not to tell anyone about each one of them when we get home, but we always end up laughing and telling all of our friends about what an idiot I am sometimes. :)
